Return and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 27.06.2026
This Policy governs the terms for withdrawal from a contract, return of products, cancellation of reservations, complaints and refunds when using the services and purchasing products from Studio Plet.
1. Courses and Workshops
For courses and workshops with a limited number of places, cancellation may be made up to 8 hours before the start of the event.
In the event of a cancellation made more than 8 hours in advance, the participant has the right on a one-time basis to transfer their place to the next announced date of the same course or workshop, subject to availability.
In the event of a cancellation made less than 8 hours before the start, as well as in the event of a no-show without prior notice, the fee paid is non-refundable and the place is considered used.
If a course or workshop is cancelled at the initiative of Studio Plet, the participant may choose between a refund of the amount paid or a transfer of their participation to a new date.
2. Independent Work Sessions
A workspace reservation may be cancelled up to 8 hours before the start of the work session.
In the event of a cancellation made more than 8 hours in advance, the reservation is cancelled without additional charges.
In the event of a cancellation made less than 8 hours before the start, as well as in the event of a no-show without prior notice, the work session is considered used.
In the event of a delay of more than 30 minutes, without prior notice, Studio Plet reserves the right to cancel the reservation and to offer the vacated workspace to another participant.
3. Standard Products
When purchasing products through means of distance communication, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify the Merchant by an unequivocal written statement sent to the specified contact for correspondence.
The returned product must be:
- in its original commercial condition;
- without signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning;
- accompanied, where applicable, by the original packaging and the documents received.
The costs of returning the product are borne by the Consumer, unless the law provides otherwise.
The product is returned by courier or in person at the studio, after notifying the Merchant in advance. When returning by courier, the Consumer pays the return shipping costs. Parcels sent cash on delivery at the Merchant's expense are not accepted.
4. Personalised Items
The production of personalised items begins after final confirmation of the project and payment of a 50% deposit, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
In the event of cancellation before production begins, the deposit paid is refunded in full.
Once production has begun, cancellation is not possible and the deposit paid is non-refundable, as the order is made according to the client's individual requirements.
For contracts to which this applies, the exception under Art. 57 of the Consumer Protection Act applies, concerning goods made to the consumer's order or according to their individual requirements.
Finished personalised items are stored for up to 3 months after the client has been notified. After this period expires and in the absence of a prior agreement, the Merchant reserves the right to dispose of them.
5. Complaints
In the event of a product's non-conformity with the sales contract, the Consumer has the right to file a complaint under the conditions of the applicable legislation.
The complaint may be submitted in writing to the specified email address or in person at the studio.
When filing a complaint, it is recommended that the Consumer provide a document evidencing the purchase, as well as a description of the non-conformity identified.
Complaints are handled within the time limits and under the conditions provided for in the Consumer Protection Act.
Damaged or missing parcel
In case of visible damage to the shipment, established upon receipt, the User should request the courier to draw up a report at the time of delivery and notify the Merchant within 3 (three) days, attaching photos of the packaging and contents. This is necessary for filing a claim with the courier and for settling the case.
6. Refunds
When the Consumer is entitled to a refund of an amount paid under the law or this Policy, the amount is refunded using the same method by which the payment was made, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
The refund is made within the statutory period, where applicable.
Where payment was made by cash on delivery, the refund is made by bank transfer to a bank account provided by the Consumer.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Merchant refunds the sums received, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs arising from a delivery method chosen by the Consumer other than the cheapest standard method offered by the Merchant.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for in Art. 57 of the Consumer Protection Act, including but not limited to:
- products made to individual order or according to the Consumer's individual requirements;
- services that have been fully provided after the Consumer's explicit consent, where applicable;
- other cases provided for in the applicable legislation.
